URGENT – Please be specific in your details with what you need, for example, if you need it single or double sided, or black & white or color, etc. The more specific and information you give us the more accurate our answers, pricing, and quote will be. Then please ensure when you are uploading your files that it meets our prepress requirements* (located below), otherwise additional charges will be made before we can print.

Preflight Checklist: Review the items below to confirm your files are compatible with our systems and will print correctly.

Files are no larger than 200MB in file size. All photos and images are saved at 300 dpi. All photos or images are embedded or links are included. All fonts are included or embedded. The colorspace of my files and images are CMYK or Pantone (not RGB). My document either contains built-in bleeds. - OR - I don't want my job to have bleeds. - OR - I prefer that the Prepress Department of CopyTec fixes my files for me (at an additional charge). I need help figuring out how to answer most of these check listed items.

*Please ensure you meet these correct file requirements, which include:
– 200MB maximum file size
– PDF, PNG, JPEG, or JPG files
– CMYK color mode and in 300 DPI resolution
– Include bleeds, if necessary (artwork or text extending beyond the print margins)

If your not sure if your file meets these requirements we will be happy to help you. However, if you need us to fix anything on our end to make it print ready, then additional charges will be added to your order/quote.
