• Overnight Shipping — Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time)

Most CopyTec orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, CopyTec ships only within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact CopyTec Customer Support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Please retain all original packaging and documentation for claim processing.
